Work with us as a private chef and join our private chef events.
Before applying to work with us as a private chef, please carefully read the qualities and skills we seek in all our chefs and staff:

You must be personable, friendly, and confident, as this is a customer-oriented role and you will encounter guests who are intrigued by what you are doing. They will want to know what you are creating and how you do it, so we expect our private chefs to engage in polite conversation while preparing their dishes.

You must be organized and punctual: clients book a specific time to sit down, and we expect our private chefs to deliver our service consistently and on time.

You must be skilled in identifying ingredients and have the ability to accurately estimate food quantities based on the number of guests.

You must be capable of preparing any fixed menu for each job you accept, to the highest culinary standards.

You must be able to apply your personal touch to a fixed menu to ensure the finished dish is both creative and well-presented.

You must be reliable with strong communication skills: we expect prompt responses to all communications to confirm your commitment to each event.

If you are self-employed, we expect you to have an up-to-date food handler certification available upon request. We must ensure food safety for all our clients, and we expect all chefs and staff to take personal responsibility for hygiene and cleanliness.
